UPDATE: The Moore Performance DRAG CHALLENGE Official Rules and Regulations!

The Moore Performance Drag Challenge featuring the Moore Performance Blast Plates has been announced! With over $3,300 in CASH prizes this season is the season to prove that a Subaru six speed swap isn’t necessary to put power to the ground!

With cash prizes for 12, 11, and 10 second (and quicker!) passes, leaderboards, and a top cash prize of $1,500 this season could be YOUR season. All you’ve got to do is make a 1/4 mile pass with Blast Plates installed with photo and video evidence to qualify!

First 12 second pass will win a cash prize of $400 CLAIMED by Trevor U. of Pennsylvania
First 11 second pass will win a cash prize of $600
First 10 second pass will win a cash prize of $800 CLAIMED by Zach K. of Texas
Quickest pass of the season will win a cash prize of $1500

All submissions are eligible for reward between May 1st – October 1st 2015. Cash prizes for 12, 11, and 10 second passes will be awarded on a first come, first served basis with ONE winner per category and leaderboards will run until October 1st, 2015 for the top cash prize!

Official Rules and Regulations for the Moore Performance Drag Challenge (the “Drag Challenge”)

1. The Drag Challenge is open to all persons in the United States (except for Rhode Island) that are at least 18 years old, possess a valid state driver’s license, and have signed and returned the Waiver and Release as to All Liability form (hereinafter “Eligible Participant(s)”).

2. The Waiver and Release as to All Liability form must be signed and returned before attempting a drag pass or taking either the photo or video required by the Drag Challenge.

3. Any illegal activity in connection with a submission will result in the disqualification of that Eligible Participant from the Drag Challenge.

 

Official Rules and Regulations for the Moore Performance Drag Challenge (the “Drag Challenge”)

 

  1. The Drag Challenge is open to all persons in the United States (except for Rhode Island) that are at least 18 years old, possess a valid state driver’s license, and have signed and returned the Waiver and Release as to All Liability form (hereinafter “Eligible Participant(s)”).

 

  1. The Waiver and Release as to All Liability form must be signed and returned before attempting a drag pass or taking either the photo or video required by the Drag Challenge.

 

  1. Any illegal activity in connection with a submission will result in the disqualification of that Eligible Participant from the Drag Challenge.

 

  1. Purchase of the Moore Performance “Drag Swag” registration package is required for eligibility, available at store.mooreperformanceparts.com.

 

  1. In order to qualify for prizes, Eligible Participants must complete a ¼ mile drag pass on a privately-owned and operated, paved dragstrip in the United States (Rhode Island excluded) from May 1, 2015 through October 1, 2015 with any model Subaru outfitted with Moore Performance Blast Plates.

 

  1. Moore Performance Blast Plates must be installed correctly on the 5 speed transmission per the manufacturer instructions.

 

  1. Items in the registration packet (including properly installed Moore Performance decals) must be installed on the vehicle during competition passes.

 

  1. In order to be eligible for prizes, the Eligible Participant must submit the following (collectively referred to as the “Entry Submission Materials”), by email to ryan@mooreperformanceparts.com:

 

  1. At least one photo of the Moore Performance Blast Plates installed on the vehicle’s transmission, at the dragstrip;

 

  1. At least one photo of the time slip with the vehicle behind it clearly showing the Moore Performance decals;

 

  1. At least one video of the completed drag pass, with the vehicle and score board clearly shown;

 

  1. At least one video showing a walk around of the vehicle at the dragstrip from the same day, showing the Moore Performance Blast Plates properly installed on the transmission; and

 

  1. A complete list of vehicle information, including owner/driver information and vehicle modifications (please also include dyno sheets, other photos, etc.).

 

  1. The Entry Submission Materials must be submitted and received between the dates of May 1, 2015 and October 1, 2015. Any Entry Submission Materials submitted after midnight on October 1, 2015 will not create prize eligibility.

 

  1. The first Eligible Participant to submit his or her Entry Submission Materials verifying the completion of a 12 second ¼ mile pass will win a cash prize of $400.

 

  1. The first Eligible Participant to submit his or her Entry Submission Materials verifying the completion of an 11 second ¼ mile pass will win a cash prize of $600.

 

  1. The first Eligible Participant to submit his or her Entry Submission Materials verifying the completion of a 10 second ¼ mile pass will win a cash prize of $800.

 

  1. The Eligible Participant who submits Entry Submission Materials verifying the quickest ¼ mile pass completed from May 1, 2015 to October 1, 2015 will win a top cash prize of $1,500. The leaderboard for this top cash prize will be posted until October 1, 2015.

 

  1. The sponsor of the Drag Challenge is Moore Automotive and Performance, LLC, 100 River Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA 15136.

 

  1. There is no limit on the total number of submissions that may be made by an Eligible Participant, but each new submission must contain complete Entry Submission Materials.

 

  1. The prize winners will be notified by telephone and/or mail, based on the information supplied with the Waiver and Release as to All Liability form. The prize winners list will be posted publicly on the Moore Performance website by October 31, 2015.

 

  1. Violation of the Drag Challenge Official Rules and Regulations may disqualify an otherwise Eligible Participant from receiving the Drag Challenge prizes.

 

  1. Moore Performance reserves the right to change any of these Official Rules and Regulations at any time. If any such changes are made, they will be posted on the Moore Performance website.
